Baste Noodles


  • 3 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 3 tbsp Scallions (Cut, White Only)
  • 1 tbsp Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tbsp Salt, Kosher
  • 1/2 pound Pork (Ground)
  • 1 tbsp Baste Seasoning, Fusion Booster
  • 2 tbsp Sambal Oelek (Chili-Garlic Paste)
  • 1/4 cup Baste Sauce, Spicy
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce (Low Sodium)
  • 1 1/2 cup Lo Mein Noodles (Cooked)



  • Gather all ingredients before starting the recipe, and cook the store-bought Lo Mein noodles (according to package directions) beforehand.
  • Place a medium pot on the stove. Set the heat to medium-high.
  • Add sesame oil, scallions, garlic, and salt. Cook until the scallions are translucent, making sure there is no color on either the scallion or the garlic. Move the mixture around with a spatula or spoon to ensure this.
  • Add ground pork and Baste Fusion Booster. Cook the mixture until the pork is cooked and all ingredients are evenly distributed.
  • Add sambal, Baste Spicy Sauce, and soy sauce into the pot. Cook for 2-3 minutes to ensure all the ingredients have been cooked and evenly distributed. Ensure you occasionally stir the pot to avoid burning at the bottom.
  • Add the Lo Mein noodles and stir, mixing all ingredients thoroughly. Make sure the noodles are heated through.
  • Remove noodles from heat and serve immediately.
