Baste Fusion Tacos


  • 1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • Two cloves garlic, minced
  • Two tablespoons of Baste Fusion Booster
  • One teaspoon of ground cumin
  • One teaspoon of chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup beef broth or water
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, and cook until about 2-3 minutes until softened.
  2. Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula, and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Drain excess fat from the skillet if necessary.
  4. Sprinkle the Fusion Booster, ground cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over the cooked ground beef, and stir well to combine.
  5. Add tomato paste to the skillet and stir until evenly distributed.
  6. Pour beef broth or water into the skillet and stir to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 5-10 minutes until the liquid has reduced and the flavors have melded together.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  8. Serve the taco meat in taco shells or tortillas, and top with your favorite toppings such as shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, salsa, sour cream, and avocado.
